I took my daughter for her initial visit today, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were informative, cheerful and professional. At one point, when we were left alone in the office, my daughter commented on how nice everyone was being. I have also never had an office staff be so helpful with the financial/payment information or schedule. This is my fourth child getting braces, but our first time at Fredericksburg Orthodontics. I wish I had known about them 3 children ago.

Everyone is always nice and friendly! Any time we have a problem after new wires and brackets have been placed they always get us in quickly to make the adjustments. They are always happy to answer our questions. They even went to bat with the insurance company to get approval for a much needed procedure for our daughter. Dr. Almy and her team are wonderful!!!!

Dr. Almy was able to drastically reduce my overbite and realign my bite. As an adult in my 40s, these are things I had always been told would require jaw surgery. Even better, she did it with Invisalign. My son had his braces done here previously, so I already knew the office staff and assistants were great. The process they use at Fredericksburg Orthodontics is quick and simple, and they always tell you what they are going to do before they do it. They make sure your braces are not poking or pulling and make sure you’re comfortable.
