INVISALIGN® FIRST
Fredericksburg Invisalign First® orthodontist, Dr. Almy is excited to offer Invisalign® First to children during early interceptive or Phase 1 treatment. Invisalign® First is an alternative treatment to the traditional fixed appliance used to expand the palate. As orthodontists, one of our primary goals is the comfort of our patients and by utilizing this innovative new technology, we are able to offer all of the benefits of Invisalign® clear aligners to children. Invisalign® First targets upper arch expansion while fully accommodating the growing needs of children.
RETAINERS
How do you preserve that fantastic, straight smile? Through the retention phase of orthodontics. This is the final stage in your orthodontic treatment and occurs after you get your braces off. A set of retainers will be custom-made to hold your teeth in the proper position. This is an important part of keeping your smile looking great and in alignment, as teeth have the tendency to move after orthodontic treatment. Dr. Almy will discuss how long you should wear your retainers to achieve minimal movement after treatment.
